I really don’t think you’ve adequately conveyed just how amazing the palm sugar flavour is.

It’s a clear and identifiable sweetness with a rich flavour that keeps you from feeling that syrupy sickness you get with those other sugars. In a word? godly.

I miss that cendol so much right now.
