Happy 100th* Post, Have a Pama Cocktail
It is my 100th* post!
The celebrations for the birthday of P&P** recently were more than just sweet sweet caramel and chocolate cake, the lovely F presented a bottle of Pama Pomegranate Liqueur. What a great gift! At the recent Taste of Sydney Festival I was hanging around the Pama tent knocking back those free samples, and was devastated that I couldn’t buy a bottle there and then.***
So, happy birthday and happy 100th* post! I celebrated early with a delicious Pama cocktail in the late afternoon sun.
* Could be my 101st, I can’t count so good.

Pama Cocktail
30ml Pama – Pomegranate Liqueur
15ml vodka
30ml Freshly Squeezed Lime juice
soda water
Ice.
Combine first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice. Pour into a fancy glass and top with soda.

I really liked this drink at the Taste festival – not very strongly alcohol flavoured.. just like a deliciously dangerous soft drink right?
