		<description>Celery is my Achilles heel. Hubby doesn&#039;t like it, so I find myself endlessly chewing chunks so as not to waste the bunch! Eggplants though, they&#039;d be gone in 2 secs flat. I love roasting them until soft and smoky or chucking into thai curries to soak up all the goodness. Love this caponata recipe, anything with pine nuts is heaven in my book! :)

		<description>Looks delicious and I&#039;m impartial to the odd eggplant too. I think my sneaky ingredient might be capers. I&#039;m always being told that not every pasta I make needs to contain capers!
