Avocado with yoghurt
Avocado is eaten sweetened here, often as a blended drink (Sinh To Bo). I recently discovered this variation (Bo Dum Sua Chua), chopped avocado with yoghurt. A drink that doubles as a snack.

Bun Bo Nam Bo
Bun noodles with beef southern style, reminiscent of Vietnamese food in Australia, but better.
